O mistério finalmente acabou. Foram anunciados nesta terça-feira (28) todos os nomeados ao <a href="../../tags/emmy-2020" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Emmy 2020</a>.

Algumas <a href="../../novidades/52080-confira-a-lista-completa-com-os-indicados-ao-emmy-2020" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">indicações</a> ao prêmio eram dadas como certas. É o caso de <a href="../../serie/1855-watchmen" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Watchmen</a>, da <a href="../../canais/hbo" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">HBO</a>, que concorre em 26 categorias. Regina King, a protagonista, inclusive disputa a preferência dos votantes na categoria de Melhor Atriz de Filme ou Minissérie. 
Contudo, tivemos algumas surpresas tanto com quem jamais imaginamos que receberia alguma indicação quanto com nomes importantes que ficaram de fora da lista. Veja quais são as principais surpresas e quem foram os esnobados do Emmy 2020.

Sim, já sabíamos que a minissérie da <a href="../../canais/hbo" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">HBO</a> receberia algumas indicações. A surpresa, no entanto, vem porque <a href="../../serie/1855-watchmen" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Watchmen</a> acumula nomeações neste ano, com 26 chances de levar um prêmio para casa.
Além da já citada King, Jeremy Irons recebeu uma indicação, assim como Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Jean Smart, Jovan Adepo e Louis Gossett Jr.

Outra surpresa é <a href="../../serie/1972-the-morning-show" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">The Morning Show</a>, da Apple TV+. Steve Carell concorre como Melhor Ator em Série Dramática. Jennifer Aniston, Mark Duplass e Billy Crudup também foram indicados em categorias de atuação. A série conseguiu 5 nomeações no total.

Embora não tenha recebido nenhuma nomeação em categoria de atuação, está concorrendo como Melhor Comédia e como Melhor Roteiro em episódios específicos.

O serviço de streaming <a href="../../tags/hulu" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Hulu</a> chegou forte no Emmy 2020 com várias indicações para suas produções. Entre elas está Paul Mescal, o Connell de <a href="../../novidades/50261-normal-people-primeiro-trailer-da-serie-da-bbc-e-da-hulu" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Normal People</a>, na categoria de Melhor Ator de Minissérie ou Filme. Seu nome figura ao lado de Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Irons, Jeremy Pope e Hugh Jackman.

Eugene Levy, Catherine O'Hara, Daniel Levy e Annie Murphy receberam indicações em categorias de atuação. A produção também concorre por direção e roteiro.

Depois de uma 1ª temporada intensa, o Emmy pode dar um novo status à produção. A surpresa não é tanta, já que o vigor narrativo dos episódios prometia um reconhecimento posterior.

A atriz Kaitlyn Dever infelizmente foi esnobada neste ano. Sua performance como Marie Adler em <a href="../../serie/1803-unbelievable" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Unbelievable</a>, da <a href="../../tags/netflix" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Netflix</a>, era aguardada entre os indicados, mas a série concorre apenas em 3 categorias, incluindo Melhor Atriz Coadjuvante para Toni Collette.

O público garante que a última temporada de <a href="../../serie/899-better-call-saul" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Better Call Saul</a> foi uma das melhores até o momento, mas, infelizmente, os protagonistas Bob Odenkirk e Rhea Seehorn foram esnobados nesta edição do Emmy. 
Muitos acreditavam que seria a chance perfeita de Seehorn ser reconhecida por sua interpretação de Kim Wexler.
